1st step is to decide which items and print design you will need.

There are a range of different items that can be setup for online selling.

In the 2nd step you will receive the link to your MADLocker site.

 

You will be able to share the link to all your players, parents, teachers, and friends that would like to order their gear.

 

MADLocker accepts all credit cards and you don't have to worry about collecting any money.

Receive Orders

In the 3rd Step contact person will receive or pickup items and distribute orders individually.

Inside you will find:

  • List of orders

  • Separated labeled bags

 

Items will be Delivered or picked up by contact person.

To continue offering great quality and prices, we kindly ask that we adhere to these guidelines for online stores. 

  1. A minimum of 18 pieces per design. Maximum of 2 styles per design.

  2. NO manual add ons can be made after the store closes. 

  3. Fundraising prices must be predetermined with office prior to sale.

  4. If store does not hit minimum, refunds will be sent.

  5. To reopen a store a $50 charge will be added. 

  6. Stores should be open for a minimum of 1 week, no longer than 3 weeks. Items will be delivered ready for pick up by contact person who will be in charge of distributing items.

  7. Changes to orders can only be made prior to the online store closing. We will cancel the initial order, and ask you to re-submit it. Unfortunately, we cannot go in and make manual changes to orders after they have been placed.

What is MADLOCKER?

It is a site built specifically for fundraisers, pre-orders, and event sales.

How can I get Started?

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards thru the secure purchasing check out process. In some cases paying on site is an option too.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and still waiting?

We try to keep Lockers open for a maximum of 2 weeks. Orders are then printed ALL TOGETHER, this helps us provide you with the best possible price. We do not print orders on demand. At times, the contact person may keep the Locker open longer and so prolonging the delivery of shirts.

Can I place my order and pick it up?

No. We deliver all orders to contact person/school/organization that the Locker is open for. We handed them the items with your order and they will distribute your orders.

I received my order, but i'm missing an item?

If we happen to forget an item that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible to be able to correct this error. We allow up to 2 weeks to alert us of this issue to be able to get you your item. Anything longer will result in money returned or loss of item.
